Run Deluge in "standalone" mode... ?!

Run Deluge in "standalone" mode... keep the configuration files in the same directory as the executable... mainly because i keep the client on a mobile hdd?

I'll refresh this topic.
Can it be done? Some reg changes maybe? Configuration files- now stored in Documents and Settings, can they be moved to other directory?

Yes it's possible now.
use the -c (--config) command-line argument.
