Apparently Microsoft thinks Deluge is an unwanted app.
Windows Defender removed deluge.exe and shortcuts to it as well.

This is part of a recent PUP update and some Torrent client are involved. A further PUP definition update may solve it (my case but different AV) but best is it put exception in the AV or disable PUP feature for the time being
