2.0.3 Moving Torrents to New Computer

I got new computer parts inbound so I should have a new system up and running....

The current systems has random blue screens due to memory issues, and it has wreaked havoc on my Deluge that was up and running during the crash.

I'll install 2.03 from scratch on the new system, but I would like to take just the torrent set up to the new system... which file(s) do I need to reload so that deluge can pick up where I left off and I don't have to hunt down all the unfinished torrents links again?
