Connection between LXDE and Deluge

Is there a reason why Debian packages Deluge inside the meta-package for LXDE? Are the projects linked in any way?
It's just a recommended dep to the lxde metapackage - It's normal that DEs include a bunch of additional components(desktop environment), some hard deps for core components and others as recommended(here also conman, Firefox, smplayer, evince etc) or optionals, though if remember correct apt installs recommended deps by default also, but regardless.
Anyway, not otherwise linked(and deluge packages not pulling in lxde components).
