Deluge: Web UI question

Where should I post a Deluge: Web UI question?

I'd like to know how I can get Deluge to move completed downloads into a different folder after 2 days

AND

I'd like to know how I can get Deluge to automatically save torrents from different trackers into different subfolders.

Any ideas? Thanks.
