We are pleased to announce this spooktacular bug-fix release!
We actually managed to fix a bunch of annoying bugs and probably left a few in their to haunt your souls (evil laugh, muahaha). But seriously, check out the ChangeLog.

That is uncertain as we simply have to wait for PPA maintainer, cgreco, to weave his magic.
On checking the PPA page I have noticed that a Maverick PPA for 1.3.0 has been created so it could potentially only be a few days for 1.3.1 PPA release.

hey, I tried download and installing 1.3.1 twice. Says it's installed OK, but About Deluge says I've still got 1.3.0. Any ideas?

Is this in windows?
The download link was pointing to 1.3.0 instead of 1.3.1 but has been fixed now.

yes, windows. I uninstalled 1.3.0 first and then installed 1.3.1 - OK now.
