Sorry for confusing you. I meant high performance seed. This fixed the same issue for me, it increases cache I think. Are u sure that the settings are being applied?

What fixed this for me was to install ltconfig plugin and select the high performance preset setting.

This is how I do it, it works seamlessly. I run deluge as a specific user and then tunnel all that specific users traffic through the VPN. Hi. Try installing the ltconfig plugin and setting to high-performance setting - sorted all my problems with deluge being slow.

Hi. Im just looking at this. How do I apply the High Performance Preset? When I goto the preset dropdown box it only has the options for "initial settings"

Hi. Try increasing cache.
start in debug mode and have a look at the log file, it should give you some idea.

You dont need to open outgoing ports. Try clearing the outgoing ports in Edit -->Preferences-->Network and selecting random. Incoming ports should be high to bypass ISP restrictions. Try selecting say 1 x incoming port, say 49162. I think you can reduce the last 8 x lines of your iptables commands t...
