What version of deluge are you currently on? Im on development build of deluge and it loads magnet links with trackers just fine when using add torrent dialog add from url. It also works when clicking magnet links from browser. So are you on 1.3.11? Maybe this is something that is fixed in dev 1.4.0?

The other thing could be libtorrent. The version that comes with deluge is kinda old and i think some people have had better success with newer versions. To the OP if you could provide logs that would be helpful if you have all the requirments and are still haveing issues.

It does not currently work under windows. While it could be a bit more tedious you can try to use the execute plugin to do the same thing till a fix is made.

It could maybe be a folder permissions issue or something? Maybe if either or both of you could provide a loog we could see better whats happening. You can do this by running deluge-debug -L debug -l debug.log , then attatch it to a post here.

This is not currently possible at least not in a good way. You could try changing the presets as they come from the config file in the appdata folder, however im thinking deluge is just going to overwrite those values at some point after that on its own when either you hit apply in settings for some...
