As long as you don't delete your configuration files (found in C:\Document and Settings\[username]\Application Data\Deluge), then upgrading shouldn't have an effect on your settings. In the case that deluge loads without any torrents after the upgrade then all you need to do is re-add your torrents ...

wow, that's an interesting approach...

however the latest svn has an autoload from folder feature which pretty much does the same thing as this (without having to run deluge n times :P)

http://bluetack5.snowmanuk.net.nyud.net:8080/bluetack/splist.zip seems to be redirecting to a not found page which would normally cause the blocklist importer to freeze and then crash on restart but I'm happy to report that it's now giving the "wrong file type or corrupted blocklist file"...
