why not just let people try and post their question in English? If they mention their native tongue or their location then someone who speaks their language can reply. deluge 0.5.5.95 is available from http://download.deluge-torrent.org/inde ... r=windows/ however it's 8.1mb not 15mb like you mentioned.
still worth a shot though.

just trying latest SVN: no longer hangs on exit :D. however it seems everytime I start deluge I have to re-enable the blocklist plugin. all other plugins are fine. is this done on purpose? not on purpose. i just fixed it in 2270 hehe, yeah I figured as much but though it might've been causing issue...

try deleting your preferences folder, but beware that this will delete all your settings as well as any torrents that you were downloading (the data won't be deleted, just the torrent(s)).

It's still available:

go to plugins
enable the Move Torrent plugin
click on its preferences
select the "Move completed downloads to" option
choose the directory
and you're done!
