Re: (Linux) Deluge is uploading despite being set not to
Typically this is entirely dependent on your latency and internet connection. It's not something you can just "calculate" - for normal high speed internet I'd say start at around 50-75, and work your way up until you encounter latency/connection issues....then back off until you find your ...

Re: (Linux) Deluge is uploading despite being set not to
If everyone tried to do this, torrenting would not be possible.
I assume you are trying to basically cheat the system, and get credit for seeding without actually seeding.
If so, shame on you. If not, just delete the torrent from your client or pause it.

Re: How to create a new torrent file?
I dont believe you can create a new torrent from the webui, so you'll need to install Deluge locally for your OS. You won't need to connect to the deluge daemon, but if you want to manage your instance in thin-client mode that is possible as well. I prefer thin-client mode to the webui. For a guide ...

Re: Download completed - file no where
What you are describing sounds like you might be downloading the files directly into the container itself. I'm not familiar with DSM at all, unfortunately, so I can't really give you instructions...but this sounds like you haven't configured the paths you are downloading to to be mounted in the cont...

Re: "Open Download Folder" troubles when running Deluge in a container
This is just the nature of docker, and isn't a bug. Docker is not aware of anything outside of its container. It's contained. That's the whole purpose. I'm not sure what you're main goal is with this, browsing the torrent? If so, just mount it as its mounted in the host system, otherwise you're goin...

Re: Unofficial Deluge 2.0.x for Windows installer
because of libtorrent 2's memory mapped files i recommend 1.2.19 or a variant of 1.2 near that. thats just my opinion though.
you can see our discussions all around the forum in regards to 2.x

Re: Unofficial Deluge 2.0.x for Windows installer
Hello mhertz: Thank you for responding. I am using Qbittorrent version 4.3.9 which uses the same libtorrent 1.2.14 version. I actually wanted to check the performance of Deluge and Qbitorrent head to head. No worries if it is abnadoned. After testing all the available torrent clients for windows, I...

Re: macOS 14.4.1 problem with 'gi.repository.Gio' object has no attribute 'content_type_get_icon'
This seems like something that would require a github issue on brew's end. @amar1729 - you seem rather familiar with the project is this something you think you could do? I'm not sure what other projects depend on this or would be affected, but given that there is no intuitive way to do this for man...

One idea I had that was just a thought was to use pipdeptree, but this is a rabbit hole and who knows what it would break if you reverted the entire deptree.
