i think your issue has been done in svn 1096. Try any release >= 1096 http://dev.deluge-torrent.org/changeset/1096 and it should be fixed. Let us know if you are still having this issue. I am also on gutsy

Its sad that trac at 0.10 doesn't support multi-session sign-on i.e. log once, and the cookie stays for as long as one doesn't log out or some pre-determined thing.
