How to you completely remove a DHT torrent, that never gets to download its Meta data? You have the torrent with the right name listed in the transfer list. If you click delete the "real name" is deleted and replaced by the torrents GUID. Next time Deluge is restarted the torrents is back ...

Wasn't aware of the "Twisted 17 issue", just thought that, as the dev version has been available for version 16.04, the release version would be as well.
Doesn't the dev version require Twisted 17?

In Ubuntu 19.04 all dependencies are met, and Deluge installs all right.

When trying to install U get this:
Depends: deluge-common (= 2.0.0-0~201906082034~ubuntu18.04.1) but 2.0.0.dev7437+bd4a3cb+201905231502~ubuntu18.04.1 is to be installed

I am out of luck, no build for Ubuntu 16.04?

Version 2.0.0 was released 5 days ago
It is not even available from ppa:deluge-team/stable
