Re: [Unofficial] Deluge 2.0.x installer
As it turns out we do have portable install users out there, thanks for the instant testing JGAS2! Today I have built another release that delivers the latest GTK besides the fix from MHerz: 1. Fixed the portability move of the profile folder into the install dir. 2. Built GTK 3.24.21 into the new i...

Hi folks, took some fiddling but here is a release with several major improvements from MHerz as well as some of my own: PLEASE TEST and report back! :) One third smaller installer and Installed Deluge folder through profiling of deluge, deluged, deluge-web and deluge-console using Process Monitor a...

Re: [Unofficial] Deluge 2.0.x installer
Not sure I understand what you mean, but have you tried to use the right side scroll bar (that only appears when the cursor is over it)? I'm not sure if this has been commented on or not, but I've noticed that because of the way that the bottom bar (the side bar also does this) disappears, there is ...

Re: [Unofficial] Deluge 2.0.x installer
Sorry for the confusion and thanks to mherz for helping out with the suggestion, indeed only the files with their date after the change log date contain the changelog changes. I was keeping the old ones around just as fallbacks, should I mess the new versions up, but I guess I can remove the old one...

Re: [Unofficial] Deluge 2.0.x installer
Hi, Quite frankly I have never tried the portable version but I also use a daemon and thin client with thousands of torrents and I am also seeing this rapid scrolling of torrents for seconds, but it stops and normalizes for me. This may be related to some gui setting doing the seemingly frail winGTK...

Re: [Unofficial] Deluge 2.0.x installer
Glad to hear, have fun! Thank you very much for pointing out these very helpful hints. I forgot about the config directory. I deleted it, re-installed the client and then successfully connected to the daemon. In the meantime, the client had a little trouble finding the daemon, but when I set the dae...

Re: [Unofficial] Deluge 2.0.x installer
1. Could you start it specifying a log file with -l on the command line and log level with -L debug to see if there is any hidden errors message not yet seen? 2. Could you trying it with a brand new profile? (backup your deluge folder and remove it from the original location, deluge will create a ne...

Re: [Unofficial] Deluge 2.0.x installer
I am also using it in a thin clients + daemon setup. Have you made sure both the client and the daemon are the same version? 2.x client cannot connect to an 1.x daemon and vice versa. I'm trying to use this release, however I cannot connect to my daemon in Thin Client mode, which however works fine ...
