i notice you have it set to client/server mode rather than classic mode so i think you are not connected to the localhost server, use the connection manger to check.

This is a known issue, try removing the torrent without removing the data then adding the torrent again. That should resolve it.

This does happen from time to time but it is exactly as it suggests. If you google 'gtk 2.16 windows' the first hit is http://sourceforge.net/projects/gtk-win/ where you can manually download and install it. It is also available in our ftp http://download.deluge-torrent.org/windows/deps/
