I installed 1.3.0_rc1 to use but then I uninstalled and installed 1.2.3, so hopefully you can fix this without me needing to have it installed to troubleshoot. 1.3.0_rc1 shows three different download speeds, one in the main window, the lower left of the GUI, and then last in the taskbar of the gui....
