Is this memory behavior known to the people who maintain LibTorrent? Are they planning on releasing a 2.0.9 to correct it, or is this just abnormal behavior in certain circumstances? Wow, mhertz, I'm amazed at the progress you have made. You've managed to conquer all the major issues with the various pieces of Deluge, including GVSBuild. I don't see why they don't just take your installer and make it the default for Windows. I can't honestly think of any major outstanding issues...
