Re: Missing "something" in Ubuntu Desktop
Are the window decorations missing? This is a bug in Ubuntu or Xfce which might still be present: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+sour ... ug/1860921
Not sure about how to fix it, since I'm not using Ubuntu.

Re: Blocklist plugin fails to import files
I don't know why, but if I download the file from http://list.iblocklist.com/?list=ydxerpxkpcfqjaybcssw&fileformat=p2p&archiveformat=gz and save it locally, the import works! But instead of the "file:" URI I used "C:/Users/deluge/AppData/Roaming/deluge/blocklist/ydxerpxkpcfqja...

Re: Blocklist plugin fails to import files
Thanks for the testing and feedback @mhertz I upgraded my Debian unstable VM, but they're still at version 2.0.3 and the import still fails. I don't know if I want to start building Deluge on linux though  I'll see what I can find out tomorrow, am too tired already. Yep, compressed or uncompres...

Blocklist plugin fails to import files
I'm trying to get the blocklist plugin to work, but it fails every time I want to use a local file. I tried gzip, zip and a plain text file, none of them works. If I download a file from via http it works fine. I tried it in Windows and Linux too, different errors but the same results. http download...

Re: Assistance with diagnosing slowness compared to uTorrent over PIA VPN
Well, that is a weird issue. If I'm downloading a current Debian distro I get a decent speed through VPN https://i.imgur.com/v4xbAMK.png Not sure if it will help, but you could test if your client is connectable. Go to https://ipleak.net and copy the magnet link into Deluge. You don't have to actual...

Re: Assistance with diagnosing slowness compared to uTorrent over PIA VPN
Install the ltConfig Plugin and load "High Performance Seed", also set "active_tracker_limit" to 9999. Those are the settings that I'm running it with and I get almost full speed through VPN. Have you tried different trackers? Like a Linux installation disc with a high number of ...

Re: Torrents don't seed (queue settings)
...but nobody want's to help I wouldn't say don't want, it's probably nobody knows how. It could be any of the settings that interferes with your download speed. What I would recommend: try if setting "Prefer seeding torrents" helps speeding up your download speed while you're seeding. Se...
