seems to be a different problem but i don't want to leave it unmentioned: when i rightclick a torrent and choose "open folder" the folder opens up but deluge goes up to 100% cpu-usage and remains there until i kill it?! That might be related, what is the folder name where you keep the dow...

Just to be sure, your cache isn't set to some ridiculously high amount. I assume the default shouldn't be all that high at all.

Have a little patience with torrents, some take a little while to get up to speed. Or you may have found a torrent without any seeds or with a tracker that went offline. Remedying a situation where a torrents tracker has gone offline can be troublesome at best especially if you don't know what track...

I'm pretty sure this is an old bug that just resurfaced in 1.3.1. The peers tab or files tab do not update unless you switch to a different tab and switch back.

Yes, quite annoying sometimes... a quick workaround is to save the torrent locally and rename it so there's no Asian characters then add to Deluge. Should work after that.

Is because utorrent and all other programs that do it that way are not following the "correct" bittorrent protocol.

On the network extras, unless you need all of them specifically (you shouldn't need all of them at once), try enabling just peer exchange and LSD, and maybe DHT if you're on open trackers.
