Yeah, i should probably have done the clean install then. I'll do that on the next update.

Re: Unofficial Deluge 2.0.x for Windows installer
It will work, though will leave some useless redundant files in install-dir, but anyway I would recommend uninstall and then start fresh, as official installers doesn't fully clean/delete old install-dir before installing like mine did. If you uninstall, it leaves the queue, settings etc. So a new ...

Re: Unofficial Deluge 2.0.x for Windows installer
Just to add that I have released Deluge 2.1 with Windows builds, with default libtorrent 1.2.15 or optional 2.0.6 http://download.deluge-torrent.org/windows/ https site link: https://ftp-osl.osuosl.org/pub/deluge/windows/ I only just realized that an official build had been released. Was having a s...

Re: Unofficial Deluge 2.0.x for Windows installer
So i've been looking into the 100% 1 core during 500mbit download of a torrent containing multiple compressed archives. It's gone beyond my capabilities, but one of the things mentioned "One thing that occurs to me; make sure you build boost.asio with iocp enabled. It's supposed to be enabled b...

Re: Unofficial Deluge 2.0.x for Windows installer
Oh so it's network I/O, i see. I got the same result from searching, old results tho. But wasn't sure if it was a lib thing or a deluge thing. Maybe i should try and ask on lib's github and see what happens. Lib is also 2.x now, so maybe there's enhancements we're missing out on, i don't know. Eithe...

Re: Unofficial Deluge 2.0.x for Windows installer
Earlier we've talked about aio_threads. But what affects deluge's ability to use multiple cores for downloading? This is downloading only at a deluge limited ~65mb/s. aio_threads don't have anything to do with that, or does it, i forget. 2.0.4 dev51. Oh, and is there going to be an update to lib 2.x...

Re: Unofficial Deluge 2.0.x for Windows installer
Anyone know what the reason is that this plugin doesn't work with dev51?

Edit: Renamed to py3.9, appears to work now.

Re: Unofficial Deluge 2.0.x for Windows installer
Have a 8250u laptop as well, is serving me well. Are you undervolting yours? If not, you really really should.
With undervolt and limiting boost behaviour i'm getting an extra 1/2 hours of use, depending on usage of course.
