The new libtorrent 0.15 version improves on how it handles these types of situations and the defaults should work better. And what version of Deluge will use this new version of libtorrent? You can use it with 1.2 or the upcoming 1.3. I have downloaded and compiled libtorrent 0.15 and deluge 1.2.2,...
