Do you mean a graphical folder selection? With the webui and non-local gtk you simply type the path. No, I don't mean a graphical folder selection. There doesn't seem to be a way to type the path. In fact, when using gtk on a non-local instance, I don't have an option to type the path there, either.

You could specify that certain shows should be added to the top of the queue and certain shows should be added to the bottom in your flexget config. Yeah, I saw how to do that already.
