creating a torrent in 1.1.0_RC1
I'm using Deluge 1.0.7 and will upgrade to 1.1.0_RC1 as soon as my ubuntu intrepid repository is updated. I know i cannot currently make torrents Deluge 1.0.x but I read somewhere that 1.1 will have the ability to create torrents again. can someone please confirm?

Re: Deluge says yay, torrent sites says nay?
yes, I have a cablemodem with Cox Cable. I have 12 Mbps downstream and 1 Mbps upstream. 1024/8=124k that's why i set my max upload in deluge to 90k which is 75% of my total upstream. setting it my upload to 100% of my total bandwidth will hurt my overall speed plus make my internet completely unusab...

Re: Deluge says yay, torrent sites says nay?
i just have one port forwarded. not a range. I have a maximum upload speed of 120k so I've set deluge to use 75% of that which is 90k. Please take a look at my bandwidth settings and see if i'm doing something wrong. @peakshysteria: have you forwarded one port on your router, or an entire range? try...

Re: Deluge says yay, torrent sites says nay?
this could explain why i get really crappy download speeds while using deluge 0.9.08. my upload is pegged at 90k but my download speed is only 20-30k. I have an awesome ratio though hehe maybe its not accepting incoming connections properly? I'm not sure what the problem is, but i know i've forwarde...

Re: No Connection, Port Closed
is your computer connected directly to your cable/dsl modem? Or do you have a router in the middle? if so you need to open a port in the router that matches the port your using in your software (Deluge) and forward it to your computer's IP address. I also recommend having the router assign a static ...
