Amd dual core system here with the high cpu load, with around 50 seeding but inactive torrents & 3 torrents downloading I get 20 percent cpu usage on deluge-web

Same cpu creep issue with 1.3.0_rc1 deluge-web on ubuntu 10.04.1. Any ideas as to how one would track down what bit of code is causing this?
