Hi Iman! Although it has some resemblance to the problem I've outlined in my post, it doesn't seem to be the same. Manually scraping the tracker does work to some extent with my copy of Deluge (Linux x86_64, 1.2.3 GTK, libtorrent 0.14.10.0), but after a few minutes other torrents start to time out. ...
