Ah nice - so you had the same packages held back by apt-get? I haven't extensively tested mine just yet, but it sounds good from your tests though :)

I guess this is one to note for anybody else which may come forward with this issue too.

I have the exact same problem. It looks to be a bug I think. If I download a torrent and let it finish to 100%, then try to extract the file from the multi-rar torrent, it doesn't extract. If I force a re-check within deluge the torrent thinks it hasn't finished downloading and starts from 98 to 99%...
