Deluge 1.2.3 doesn't start (SOLVED)

Hi,

Just installed deluge 1.2.3 and it doesn't start,
console opens and closes immediately but the ui doesn't come up and taskmanager is not showing deluge or deluged running..

any suggestions?

EDIT: complete uninstall (deluge+GTK)+restart+install solved the problem

Control Panel -> System and Maintenance -> System -> Advanced system settings -> Environment Variables button
