No, the <infohash>.torrent for this particular tracker is not in there, but I have two other <infohash>.torrent files with the same content that I'm seeding for another two trackers. Edit: I think I found what was the problem, the torrent infohash seems to be the same as one of those I already have ...

It is the state of the torrent. Blue - seeding; green - downloading; yellow - queued. All the states are shown in the sidebar, if you do not have it on you can do that from View->Sidebar.

I have the habit of seeding the same files with multiple torrents/trackers. If you wonder why - this way I'm keeping a good ratio in the private trackers I use without having the files more than once on my HDD.
