What's weird is that I did all that and I still don't see mkvirtualenv in the proper directory, however, typing mkvirtualenv does what's expected. I have no freakin' clue which path this command is coming from o_O P.S. Even a sudo find / -name "mkvirtualenv" -print comes up with nothing. W...

"mkvirtualenv deluge" isn't working for me. There doesn't seem to be any such executable even after easy_install'ing it. You sure it isn't just "virtualenv"?
