RC3 is out now, you should see if your still having the same problem with it.

I'm really glad I found this thread. I have a AMD Athlon X2 and after a few minutes Deluge would crash. I tried the IPV6 as suggested in this thread but that didn't help. What did work was setting the affinity for Deluge to "core 1" and Deluge has been stable since.
