I have a large torrent library and I can't wait for the performance improvements of 1.3.0 (webui is simply unusable and gtk-ui is slow).

I use Deluge version 1.2.3 (libtorrent 0.14.10.0), running on a dedicated headless server (symmetric 100mbps connexion).
Deluge is installed from the deluge PPA repository.

The server is ruining Ubuntu Server 9.10 with an EXT4 partition.
I mostly use deluge with the GTK client.

I observed that at the end of a file (e.g. few kB remaining) the download speed falls to ridiculous levels (1 to 5KBps) and sometimes it just stops. I'm using deluge 1.2rc2. On the webUI, the "create" button is gray. On the gtk ui, the create button just allow to add files from my computer.
Is it possible to add files from my headless server when creating a new torrent ?
