I tested deluge and it left some webserver daemon running which it had started. No notification that it did that, and I have no documentation on how to access the webserver.

A FAQ is not documentation. How about lists of the command line parameters, plugins, and configuration file settings? For that matter, whether there are editable configuration files. How about some documentation? I have a headless server, and I see a Web user interface exists. I don't see what options start Deluge without the graphical interface, I don't see what command or configuration file options enable the web interface.
