Deluge
Hi.
I've just installed Deluge 1.2.3 and found out that the bottom pane is opened every time when I start the application. I close the pane but when I start Deluge next time it's opened again.
How can I fix this issue?

Where's default plugins?
Hi.
Are there any default plugins supplied with Deluge 1.2.3? I've just installed it but the plugins tab in the preferences menu is empty.
