In the meantime e.g. thepiratebay.org enabled its ipv6 tracker. Is force IPv6 still on the deluge TODO list?

I tested the 1.1.0_RC2 yesterday. At the moment there's no IPV6 configuration available... Perhaps it'll be in the final release?! As I'm migrating some services to IPV6 it'll be nice to keep deluge as torrent client, but it needs IPV6 support like other clients listed here: http://www.sixxs.net/too...

I don't know why. But it'll be back in the 1.1 version as you can see in the svn version. But as I noticed you'll only be able to define one proxy for all the data. Maybe there'll be an option or plugin to define a proxy for data / tracker traffic seperatly in the future. I don't know. I downgraded ...
