Ok, I have resolved this problem by re-checkging all these files manually.
Hopefully, this can be useful for someone else.

temporary file problem
I just updated from version 0.5.6 to RC9 on my Arch. After that everything works smoothly but RC9 can not recognize the unfinished temporary files correctly. The new version set all the rate of dl progress of these temporary files to 0.00% instead there are absoluly NOT 0.00%. any suggestion? -- Zis...

system: ubuntu 7.04 32bit Deluge version: 0.5.6 at the beginning deluge worked just fine. But after I picking up the WebUI plugin it suddenly crashed. below was some info from gnome-terminal(sorry, not original info but in my memory......) the address has been used [core dumped] Now deluge 0.5.6 can...
