Ok, still having this issue with latest Deluge. Running latest version of Windows 10.

Removed everything, including under %appdata% and reinstalled and still won't start

Go to open the client and it never appears. Tried uninstalling\reinstalling but no luck. Tried Task Manager and it shows deluge for a couple of seconds then it disappears. Any idea? Running Win 10 Enterprise.

Under preferences->queue I've set the option to stop seeding when ratio hits 2.0. But I've three torrents that are paused on 1.5 and they won't resume.

Well so far, so good. Since disabling scheduler this problem hasn't occured again.

Yeah, scheduler enabled here. Will try disabling it for a bit and see if it still happens.

I'n having similar issue with 1.2.3. Deluge Keeps Queuing Torrents after a few hours.

Can't get Deluge to run in debug mode. With Debug mode on Win Task Manager shows Deluge*32 as running, but the UI never starts up.

Why are all my torrents listed as Queued when I have no active torrents seeding or downloading?

Ok, thanks. Would be nice to have similar selection interface to the Linux version though.

Is there an easy way to select/deselect all files when adding a torrent file? Although I can use ctrl+A to select all the files, I can't figure out how to clear/select all the check boxes in one go. Any ideas?
