Re: Deluge can't bypass throttle by tmnet anymore.
I hate to say this, but I think to be honest, I have to say this. I've been using 0.5.7.1 for a long time now. It has served me fine until recently when the new hardware in my office came in. Since then, I've switched to uTorrent 1.8 Beta build 9704 and it works wonders, stream-my-a$$ or otherwise. ...

Re: Deluge can't bypass throttle by tmnet anymore.
I have to disagree with most posters here.
I'm a streamyx user and download speeds on Alpha 21 are still blazing fast.
Coming back to 0.5.8.6, its obviously by-passes encryption in my case, but it crashes in less than 5 minutes.
ps. utorrent 1.8 Beta (8912) is a big let down.

Re: 0.5.8 crashes
Yup. Some funny Microsoft C++ error.
Sticking to 0.5.7.1 - most stable release in my book.
Tried nearly all releases (post Alpha 21) and reinstalled my comp a few times in the process.

0.5.7 Works well
No major complaints with 0.5.7 (Not the 0.5.7.1. don't want to test it yet).
It works as advertised.
One minor problem - Sometimes, won't connect to tracker for no good reason.
Solution - Restart the programme.
Thank you markybob, slurdge et al.

Re: First topic of appreciation :)
Thank you thank you thank you from M A L A Y S I A. Our f*cked up Broadband ISP - S T R E A M Y X (pronouned Stream My Ass) - blocks tracker access, international peers and god knows what more. BitCommet, Azureuas, UTorrent... nothing works. Deluge is not perfect, but hopefully, the community would ...
