I agree. It could solve "superseed problem" too. We cannot get "superseed" feature,
but we could ban some users for a while to get some other ones to complete
and then help us with the seed.

Hi, i'm using svn version 'cos i had problems with SpeedLimiter plugin.
In another thread i got answered that the svn version make it work.
It doesn't. Now i'm wondering how can i check that mine is the last version?
I'm using 0.5.5.95.
