I may have found the problem to this. This problem only started when I install .net framework 2.0. But I can't test it right now as I am not at that PC right now. Will try it once I get back to that PC tomorrow. Meanwhile, someone please confirm if you have .net framework 2.0 and deluge works or not...

try disabling the advanced status bar

mine is also 7.0.2600.2180 as well. So far, been running for a half a day without crash. Also turned off advanced progress bar. Usually it crashes overnight. Let's see how this goes.
