Hi all,

My deluge 1.3.1 running on 32-bit Ubuntu with the feature of Do Not Download (unchecked files during torrent job creation) does not work. It will still download those files I am not needed and wastng bandwidth.

I am using Full Allocation under Preference > Downloads

Please help.
