Version of Deluge is latest 0.5.4.1 ubuntu 7.04. I will try svn version

4. Seems when i add torrent and try to d/l only a part of it (e.g. a few episodes of something), Deluge don't recognize that option 'Use full allocation' is set, because i get message that '...this is only possible when full alloc. is set, change in pref dialog and add torrent again'

Hi 1. Deluge doesn't care if i choose 'Use compact allocation'. When i'm back in pref window i can see that Deluge set option 'Use full allocation' 2. $ rm ~/.config/deluge
You need to add -r, because you have to remove directory not file.
$ rm -r ~/.config/deluge
