Re: 1.1.3 available! Um, no it's not.

Of course it would be better if Deluge was the default Ubuntu bittorrent client and updated from their repos.

Surely gotta happen soon, Transmission's crap compared to Deluge.

Re: 1.1.3 available! Um, no it's not.

I'm as non-technical as it gets for a Linux user. I have no idea how to compile/build from source and no desire to learn. I think Deluge is great, better than Microtorrent even, one of the things I liked about it was it was easy to install. I clicked on the Ubuntu build and then on the yes to open w...

1.1.3 available! Um, no it's not.

Or at least not as a package.

Been getting nagged to upgrade to 1.1.3 for a while. Deleted 1.1.2, went to the download page only to find it's now far more complicated and all the Ubuntu packages are still 1.1.2.

How to write a Bittorrent client?

I'm pretty much a computer newbie, I use my computer a fair amount generally but have never looked into programming. I was thinking that writing a Bittorrent client might be an interesting and useful project but I have no idea if that's a realistic goal for a first timer. How long does it take to wr...

Bandwith Schedular.

First of all, thankyou very much for Deluge, I've just started using it after having problems with Azureus and at least in terms of usability it seems far superior. Good, clean interface. A bandwith schedular is about the only feature I can think of that would be useful, then it could be left on to ...
