I am using 1.1.6 and a very little thing is annoying me.

I am used to minimize deluge in the systray. But when I click on the icon to reopen it, the window is small and I have to maximize it each time.

Any idea to fix this ?

Next, http://localhost:8112/ doesn't work (unable to reach server). Isn't it possible to set the web ui port ?
