Yes it was missing from there too but there was some 1.1.4 stuff left over and it was messing things up. I uninstalled it completely then searched for anything with "eluge" in the name and deleted it. Reinstalled and it worked.

I've just noticed that my deluge install hasn't been using a blocklist. It used to be but now I can't even find an option for blocklist in the preferences.

Has it been removed from 1.1.6 for some reason or do I have a botched setup?

The Python version in Ubuntu has been raised to 2.6 and Deluge appears to be bound to something much older. I say much older because the deprecation messages at runtime are errors, not warnings, meaning they've been around as warnings for some time. Either way, deluge does not run on Jaunty: http://...
