The idea is good, so why not still allow a Proxy, and allow a user to configure there own Web Proxy rather than the one being provided. Yep the preference window needs to be redone. Why not a simple one, and a box "Advanced options" which allows the user to have all the options ?

Having Deluge out of the box sounds great, and Deluge have to catch the opportunity and it must be a major objective I think.
