Update. Upload finally appear to work most of the time but still seem to have some issue with rare user. However, the Peers/Seeders is still not updating. Thanks for you help

EDIT : Peers/Seeders problem are specific to my Tracker. I have try with a public one without this problem

As I say, I was the only seeder of some torrents and I was not uploading. Peers and Seeders numbers was also not updating in Deluge.
