Re: 0.5.9.0 UI Hangs - Transfer information isn't being updated
I've got all the symptoms, what Ux64 and lvm explain using the ubuntu amd64 deb package. the unique_id problem seems to fatally crash 0.5.9.0 deluge-torrent here, up to the point that I can't run it anymore. This would be the title if I could send the .crash apport report: deluge crashed with Deluge...

Web seed - more info?
Do you have any more info?* New Web Seed plugin for adding URLs to torrents for http seeding
If the torrent has multiple files, say these:
Code: Select all
file1.txt
foldey/file2.zip

Re: Deluge seems to kill my connection
that's correct, the lower maximum connections you set, the more stable it gets.
this also solves the so-called "internet choking" effect

Torrent Peers - Right click menu with ban option
Hi, I've always loved to be able to control which peers to allow and not, it would be a great addition if deluge had a "right click" menu in the torrent peers plugin, where I could ban the person for.. say a day or to define the ban time.

Re: Deluge is a greedy bandwidth-eating monster
I had this problem since day 1 I started using the bittorrent network. Any client I tried (BitComet, μTorrent, rTorrent, Deluge), GNU/Linux or Windows, I was facing this same thing. I've named this as "bandwidth choking": HTTP is mostly or entirely not responsive when the bittorrent is act...

Re: torrents get reset to 0% (crash?)
Should it matter? :) The last time I tested it I've used only one torrent, and it was 8gb in size. I'm currently checking it without the "lock screen", maybe that was breaking something, we'll see. I should mention it doesn't reset to 0% every time I quit though, but it does hang *a lot* w...

torrents get reset to 0% (crash?)
deluge 0.5.4.1-1 - Ubuntu feisty fawn 7.04 I have only enabled plugins the files tab, the blocklist importer and the network health monitor. When I go File > Quit, most of the times it hangs several seconds. Sometimes it hangs more seconds than usual (say 30 seconds) and then when I start Deluge aga...

Re: Deluge not doing checksc correctly after a crash
Hm.. confirming on that as well! Looks like I'll have to run deluge from command line from now on, maybe this way we can grab some errors and present to the developers ;) A quick work-around is to remove the torrents and re-add them one by one, this way it checks the current downloaded files (if the...
