Have the same problem with 1.1.0,deluge freezes my connection and I needed to restart my router every 30-60 minutes to make network performance better.
Solved with the new 1.1.1 deluge version... (great release!)

The problem of invisible torrents is present also in the new 1.1.0 final version....
