Dark mode work for me on Windows 10 22H2 as well.

This is normal behavior for any application that Windows don't know its author.
If the download are from credible source you can ignore it and choose to run it.

Have you configure port forward in your router?

Problem now solved, I install latest python.
Seem like it just outdated python in my PC.

After install TotalTraffic-0.5.egg, I see the plugins in plugins list but cannot enable it.
I have a few other plugins installed and enabled normally ie. Ratio, ltconfig.
Would appreciate any advise.
