It sounds like there could be issues with the seeders, particularly if this is a public torrent - they lie about seeders, or perhaps a local issue where you're encountering space running out or limits placed on the user running. I am very very new to this kind of stuff and i have no where to go. When I first started my first download, everything was smooth sailing at about 10m/s for until 80%. but then, it plummited to 0.1k/s and occasionally goes up to 300k/s. please help me
